As insurance agents our job is to help our clients protect their assets in case something unexpected happens. We insure their homes, autos and businesses but we often don't talk to them about protecting their greatest asset; their income. If your client becomes sick or hurt and can't work their income stops and so does their ability to pay their bills & their everyday living expenses. Disability insurance can provide an income for them until they are able to return to work.
